1.- How to make a return

• Go to the My account section. Go to My orders/ view my orders/ request RMA and fill in the information requested.
• Print the delivery note of your order that you will find in the confirmation email or in the section My orders in My account and include a copy inside the box that we will collect.
• Contact us and we will collect your package at the place and on the date you specify. The timetable may vary, as it depends on our logistics operator.
• Once the returned products have been checked in our warehouses, we will proceed to pay you the corresponding amount. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order. You will see it visible within a maximum of 15 working days. If you have paid shipping costs, they are not refunded.
• You can return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt.

2.- Important notice

The product must be in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging and label and in the same or a similar box. When we receive your package in our warehouse we will check the items and proceed to make the refund. This refund will be reduced by the return shipping costs (£6.95).

Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

Collection costs will be paid by Germaine de Capuccini.

If the purchase is based on a promotional code, the proportional part of the total amount spent will be refunded after the coupon has been redeemed.

We do not make exchanges. In case you want to change your product, you will have to ask for it to be collected and buy the desired product again.

Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned once the order has been confirmed.
